** Now that it is September you may be thinking about Fall color. Pockets of Fall color show up around Bay Lake by mid September and by the last week many of the trees especially the Sugar Maple trees are showing excellent color. The average best date for Fall color around Bay Lake is between October 1st and October 5th.

** Lake temperatures are holding near 70 degrees on Bay Lake.

The average temperature at Bay Lake in September 1 goes from an average high of 73 degrees and an average low of 52 degrees on September 1st to an average high of 62 degrees and average low of 40 degrees on September 30th. Jonathan Yuhas




TODAY: Partly to mostly cloudy with spotty showers this morning then scattered thunderstorms this afternoon - by no means a wash out but some of the 20 to 30 minute isolated showers and thunderstorms could produce brief heavy downpours of rain especially later this afternoon. It will be muggy today with dew point temperatures in the upper 50s then turning less humid tonight.
