** A few isolated thunderstorms are possible Tuesday - the storms will not be widespread but if you encounter one be prepared for about 15 to 20 minutes of a breif heavy downpour, small hail, lightning and gusty winds. The odds for thunderstorms is not high but a cold front will be stalled over northern Minnesota today and Tuesday before moving north as a warm front into southern Canada on Wednesday and this will take the thunderstorms farther north Wednesday and Thursday then widespread thunderstorm activity is possible Friday.

TODAY: Sunny to partly cloudy and breezy with a chance for an isolated thunderstorm between 3 P.M. and 9 P.M.

High: 83 degrees ( it will be humid with dew point temperatures in the sticky low 60s ) .

Wind: East-Southeast at 9 to 18 mph but higher gusts possible near thunderstorms.

Chance for rain today: 20% between 3 P.M. and 9 P.M.
