** The Strong storms passing through Bay Lake between 5:30 P.M. and 6 P.M. will be more bark than bite but expect frequent lightning, heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Temperatures are just a few degrees to cool for tornadoes but the wind shear - winds changing direction from the Southeast at the surface to the Southwest a few thousand feet off the ground are going to produce some scary looking clouds. Look for heavy rain through 6 P.M. then lighter rain through 8 P.M. and maybe some clearing just before sunset at 9 P.M. Jonathan Yuhas

** A few stronger thunderstorms are possible this afternoon - the best chance for Severe Thunderstorms will be to the south near the Twin Cities - the main time for a few isolated stronger storms in the Bay Lake area will be between 2 P.M. and 6 P.M. - the main Severe Weather threat will be gusty winds and frequent lightning.

** Cooler days ahead the rest of the week then warmer by the weekend. Temperatures will be very cool for July on Thursday and Friday then warmer by Saturday. Highs will only be in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees Thursday and Friday which is over 10 degrees below average - winds will be gusty Wednesday through Friday then much lighter by the weekend.

** Lake temperatures are running in the mid 70s around Bay Lake and should be in the upper 70s around July 20th.

The average temperature at Bay Lake in July goes from an average high of 79 and an average low of 56 degrees on July 1st to an average high of 81 and average low of 58 on July 31st. Jonathan Yuhas
