** Fall color is starting to show up small pockets of northern Minnesota. Right now most trees are still Summer green but the Sugar Maples are already showing Orange and Reds - look for the best Sugar Maple peak color between September 25th and October 2nd. The best fall color in the Bay Lake area is between September 30th and October 5th but areas of fall color in wind sheltered areas will linger until mid October.

TODAY: Cloudy with rain and thunderstorms through noon - heavy downpours of rain possible at times then remaining cloudy this afternoon with a chance for spotty showers and thunderstorms at times - some clearing may start after 6 P.M.

High: 65 degrees.

Wind: Southwest 7 to 14 mph.

Chance for rain today: 100% through noon then 70% noon to 5 P.M. then less than 40% after 5 P.M.

7 P.M. Weather: It will mainly be cloudy although skies will be gradually becoming partly cloudy - temperatures will be in the low 60s and winds will be from the Northwest at 6 to 12 mph.
