** Winds will be gusty today from the Southeast at 15 to 25 mph and this will produce choppy conditions on Bay Lake at times this afternoon - winds will still be gusty from the Southeast at 10 to 20 mph into the early evening hours as well. A few isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible at times today although most of the rain will stay about 100 miles west and north of the Bay Lake area during the afternoon. Lake water temperatures around central Minnesota including the Bay Lake area are running from 57 to 62 degrees and should conitnue climbing into the mid 60s through the upcoming weekend - water temperatures under 70 degrees are considered to cold for swimming but by early June water temperatures in the Bay Lake area should be approaching 70 degrees.
