Scattered thunderstorms will develop during the afternoon around the Minneapolis / St.Paul area and then drift north toward Bay Lake after 3 P.M. The most likely time for thunderstorms will be around 5 P.M. The more intense storms will be to the south closer to the Twin Cities but isolated Strong to Severe storms with brief heavy downpours, frequent lightning, gusty winds and hail are possible near the Bay Lake area between 4 P.M. and 7 P.M.
