**Some Strong Thunderstorms are possible this afternoon near the Bay Lake area. Scattered thunderstorms will develop during the afternoon around the Minneapolis / St.Paul area and then drift north toward Bay Lake after 3 P.M. The most likely time for thunderstorms will be around 5 P.M. The more intense storms will be to the south closer to the Twin Cities but isolated Strong to Severe storms with brief heavy downpours, frequent lightning, gusty winds and hail are possible near the Bay Lake area between 4 P.M. and 7 P.M.





TODAY: Sunny this morning then becoming partly cloudy - isolated showers and thunderstorms will develop after 3 P.M. - some of the storms when they first develop could be Strong to Severe with heavy downpours, hail and high wind gusts.

High: 71 degrees.

Wind: Southwest at 7 to 14 mph with higher gusts near thunderstorms.

Chance for rain today: 10% at noon then 40% at 3 P.M. and 60% between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M.
